Aliesha has been amazing. We tried other trainers and they all went for the quick fix. Aliesha has put the time, patience and effort into helping us develop a special bond with our beautiful girl Denali (4yr old stumpy Cattle dog).
Denali was attacked by another dog and since then both her and I lost confidence in walking, resulting in denali reacting to anything that moves when out and about.
Aliesha helped us build a foundation and boundaries that both us humans and Denali were comfortable with.
We have come so far with The Dog Workshop's help, wouldn't recommend anyone else.

We would just like to say a big thank you for the leadership course. This provided us with a fantastic understanding of our new puppy Jamali and gave us the necessary tools to continue her ongoing training. Jamali has grown into a very well behaved and socialised companion, who walks extremely well and greets all people and pets with a friendly and polite nature and is well on the way to becoming a model dog citizen. The tools we gained, along with your personal one on one support, also greatly assisted us with the integration of our rescue puppy, one year old Griff. I cannot recommend Aleisha highly enough. The improvement we have seen in Quinn's behaviour and confidence over the last few weeks is incredible.
She's an awesome trainer & Quinn absolutely loves her! She keeps the sessions active and me informed of what shes doing, why and how it helps Quinn and also how it improves Quinn's relationship with her family. She explains the techniques so simply making it almost impossible to fail at keeping our obedience training up when shes not here!

Jacqui Triggs is Marvellous!
I recently brought home a big boisterous 1yo working breed dog.
I engaged Jaqui to teach me how to build a good relationship with Dog Friday. I recognized that putting down foundations for our relationship needed to start a.s.a.p.
What she taught me was so simple and made total sense. I now know how to deal with behaviours that I did not even discuss with Jaqui.
She has such an affinity with dogs it was a joy to do the training with her.
The result is that my approach to my dog is calm rational and consistent.

Having you come to our home and guide us as to how to develop a respectful relationship with Max that he understands was essential. We feel empowered to keep the training beyond the puppy package you delivered. I’m sure if we did not do this with you he would be ruling the roost and we would be frustrated. You taught us so much about behaviour, consequence and consistency which he has responded to wonderfully.

The way you worked with Murphy, Jen and I was amazing and your 'bedside manner' made us feel very comfortable. You have such a talent!!
You came in and took control from the start - yes we questioned crate training but, as you promised it has made all the difference.
We can certainly see Murphy is a much calmer and settled dog and we now have a better understanding of what we MUST do to keep him happy, content and our little family members safe.

Jacqui is amazing working with you and your dog. She really listens to your concerns and what you want and has great suggestions to match your dog's personality. Mack was such a nightmare before the workshop, we'd stopped walking him. Every time I left the house he piddled inside. It was really hard to change my behaviour but it's made such a difference to his confidence and happiness. We now love walking him (off lead) and I don't remember the last time he piddled inside. Even after 4 weeks we saw a huge change in him and now 12 months on it's like we own a different dog. He's so happy and confident and we beach walk with him every day with no concerns. We highly recommend Jacqui as we'd tried other courses and they were useless with Mack as he's not motivated by food and other trainers didn't know how to adjust their training to work with that.

When our two boys were having issues with each other, we were recommended to Jacqui. I was skeptical thinking it would take months to change behaviours but we saw results in a matter of days. We now have two beautifully behaved boys we can take anywhere. Highly recommend you have a chat with Jacqui if you have any problems.

The tools and advice you offered to help so I could go to work without worrying if or how long he would howl /cry once we had left home were IMMEASURABLE!
It’s like we have a new confident Bailey rather than the nervous anxious little boy that came into our lives at Christmas. (Bailey’s family -the elderly gentleman had passed away 12 months ago, and his wife was moved to a nursing home).

The team have been amazing with my two labradors! We couldn't have puppy school because of covid and needed help and guidance for the dogs to get along.
Walking and training two dogs is a challenge but with Aleisha's help life with them both is now easier to manage. I wish I could see them every week!
Now the youngest has had major surgery and has to be kept calm for 8 weeks, couldn't do this without the foundations built from what I was taught!
